John Fluke, Chairman of the Board – John is Chairman of Fluke Capital Management, L.P., (which he founded in 1976), and was previously chairman and CEO of the John Fluke Manufacturing Co., Inc. until 1990. Since 1984, Mr. Fluke has been a director of PACCAR Inc, currently serving as a member of the audit committee, is designated as the audit committee financial expert and chairs the compensation committee. He is also a director of Tully’s Coffee Corporation (and serves as the chair of the audit committee) and Abacast, Inc. where he serves as the Chairman of the Board. He has previously served on the boards of PRIMUS International and Cell Therapeutics, Inc. where he chaired the audit committees of both boards and, while serving as a director for American Seafoods, he served as a member of that board’s audit committee.

Rob Green, Board Member – Rob Green has over 18 years of extensive industry experience. Previously, Mr. Green served as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Strategy at Nine Systems, a CDN that was acquired by Akamai Technologies (12/06). Prior to Nine Systems, Mr. Green was the Group Manager of Business Development for Microsoft where he was responsible for the global advancement of Windows Media Tech in the Broadcast TV and CDN markets. Mr. Green holds a BA of Economics from Indiana University and lives in Seattle.

Nils Lahr, Advisor – Nils is a recognized technology leader with more than 10 years of experience co-founding 8 technology-related broadcasting & communication startup companies as an executive level technology officer (CTO). He has consulted many Fortune 50 companies and served as lead architect for some of the most advanced internet and communication projects in the world. Nils co-founded and helped fund three separate and successful high-tech ventures and worked as an Entrepreneur in Residence in 2003-4 at Matrix Partners, one of the top Venture Capital firms in Silicon Valley.
